Joseph Martin是Fairchild Semiconductor International，Inc。的联合主席，也担任其董事会副主席，直至2006年退休。自2017年以来，Martin先生担任了我们董事会的成员。自2001年以来，Mr. Martin has been a member of the board of directors of Brooks Automation and since 2006, has served as the board’s Chairman. Since 2018, Mr. Martin has served on the board of directors of Bionik Labs, a global healthcare company. Mr. Martin also serves on the board of directors of Collectors Universe, a publicly traded company which provides authentication and grading services to dealers and collectors of coins, trading cards, event tickets, autographs, sports and historical memorabilia. From 2004 to 2017, Mr. Martin served on the board of directors of Soitec, and also currently serves on the board of trustees of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Mr. Martin received a B.S. in Aeronautics in 1974 and was awarded an honorary Ph.D. in 2018, both from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Mr. Martin received an M.B.A. from the University of Maine in 1976. Mr. Martin holds an Executive Masters Professional Certification from the American College of Corporate Directors, a director education and credentialing organization.
